William Gladstone Gammie was one of the first of our family to come to Ohio from Scotland in the 1920s. He and his brother started our farm with tomatoes, cabbage, and, as an afterthought, a few Red Delicious and McIntosh trees. Lucky for us (and you!) the trees took off, and today we have over a hundred acres. Old Gladstone would sure be proud. We made this elegant, reusable box, stamped with beautiful copper foil, in his honor, and fill it with the descendants of his first, fortuitous trees.
